Refund and return policy

Effective Date: 23 September 2025

At Snaptoframe, every piece is custom-made to order. Because your frames and prints are created specifically for you, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has entered production.
However, we want you to love your frame. If there is an issue, we’ll make it right as follows:

  1. Damaged or Defective Items
    • Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
    • If your frame arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of receipt at anshstore91@gmail.com or call 9140217253 with photos of the damage and your order number.
    • We will replace the item or issue a store credit at no cost to you.
  2. Order Errors
    • If we made an error (wrong size, color, or print), we’ll remake and ship the correct item promptly.
  3. Customer Errors
    • Please double-check measurements, image files, and spelling before submitting.
    • We cannot refund or replace items when incorrect details were provided by the customer.
  4. Cancellations
    • Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. Contact us as soon as possible.
  5. Return Shipping
    • For approved returns, we’ll provide instructions and a prepaid shipping label where applicable.
